While Christmas shopping with my son, I came upon these glasses. I put them on and had immediately put them in the shopping basket. Alex suggested I try photographing through them, so I did.
Submitted for Shadow Shot Sunday #135. There are some really lame shadows in the first shot, which was my excuse to share the second

They are fun glasses, but not very stylish (like I dress for success).

I just did! He and some elves just drove past my home! Our local fire department has a tradition where Santa rides in the fire truck and gives candy canes to the kids and dog biscuits for the dogs (I’m not sure what they do for the cats!)
I always enjoy your shadow shots, Woody, lame or otherwise. I do love the second one though! Lovely Christmasy feeling and colors! Have a great weekend!

This non-stylish eyewear seems to be destined to sit on a shelf. Yet, forgetting about its looks and looking through them is an eye-opener in many ways. The floating Santas are unique an so cool!

How cute! It took me a few seconds to realise that I was looking at colourful glowing santas in the second photo! That’s neat. Reminds me a little of an old viewmaster.
